Five Items Daily

2 Big Meals, 2 Snacks and 1 Chef's Surprise, every delivery day, about 150 g of protein a day from real food, and the menu shows every dish's macros.

  • Big Meal 1A full meal: a rice or noodle bowl, a pasta or a wrap.
  • Big Meal 2A second full meal, different from the first.
  • Snack 1A smaller bowl built around protein: a bean, quinoa or paneer salad.
  • Snack 2A second snack, so the afternoon is covered too.
  • Chef's SurpriseSomething healthy, new every day. If you have told us about a dietary restriction, we leave it out of your box automatically.
