Rewards Terms
Leaves are NutriBox's rewards currency. NutriBox is in pilot. Collect your leaves now. Redemption opens at our grand launch. These terms explain how you collect leaves and how they can be lost.
What a Leaf Is
You collect 10 leaves for every $1 you spend, before tax and delivery. A $279.90 two-week plan earns 2,799 leaves, and a $40 trial earns 400. When the trial credit comes off a plan, the plan earns leaves on the amount you paid after the credit.
Leaves have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and they are not a payment method. Your balance and every entry are in your account.
The Pilot
During the pilot, leaves accrue only: nothing is redeemable until our grand launch. We will announce what leaves are worth, and how to use them, before redemption opens.
Expiry
Leaves never expire.
Cancelling a Plan
When you cancel, your current week is completed and every unused delivery day after it is converted to leaves at 10 leaves per $1 of the day rate you paid. Cancelling a $279.90 two-week plan after 4 of 10 days delivers the rest of that week and converts week 2: 5 × $27.99 × 10 = 1,399 leaves (whole leaves, rounded down). Refunds, Disputes and Fairness
Leaves earned on an order that is refunded or charged back are reversed. We may freeze an account or reverse leaves where we see fraud or abuse, and we will tell you why.
If you delete your account, your leaves are forfeited. If we end the programme we will give at least 60 days' notice.
Referrals and Promo Codes
Referral bonuses are coming after the pilot: both you and a friend you refer will earn bonus leaves. Every account already has a referral code. There are no promo codes during the pilot, except the one-time waitlist code we send to people on our waitlist: it takes 10% off a 1-day trial, can be used once, and does not apply to 1-week or 2-week plans.
